Great so far! I was trying to find something different from the typical doctors who don’t care about you, only your money, after I had a bad experience with Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine, and other doctors who would just give me birth control and not truly try to help the issue. I could tell right away that PCOS Sisters was different from the rest. Kristina truly listens to what I am saying and I feel seen and comfortable, and have a much more positive attitude towards finding solutions. She gave me a clear plan for the next 2 weeks and actually explained what will happen with my body. PCOS Sisters has made getting care for PCOS a lot easier. Before coming to PCOS sisters, I wasn’t able to get very good care. The wait times in my city were very long and once I got an appointment they didn’t offer me any real help or guidance to manage a condition that was debilitating. I had waited 6+ months for an appointment in my area just to be told they wouldn’t give me medication until I developed diabetes rather than wanting to prevent diabetes. The providers here take your conditions seriously, are knowledgeable about all the different aspects of this condition and helped me get medication fairly quickly which allowed my health to improve. It’s pretty affordable and the scheduling is quick. Overall it’s been really helpful.

Quick and effective and really easy to talk to

Danielle did a great job at helping me understand PCOS, how it's treated, and paid attention to all of my concerns. She sent me labs to rule out any further issues, something that my previous doctors such as endocrinologists and gynecologists haven't done. Usually all doctors do is prescribe you birth control for hormonal imbalances but that does not treat the root cause. And I'm not against birth control, I've been taking it for years and it has helped. However it isn't a 100% solution for PCOS. I'm glad to have found PCOS Sisters and I'm glad that finally someone is taking me seriously. Women's health is very neglected and most doctors don't even understand the connections between hormonal imbalances and its effects on other parts of the body. Finding PCOS Sisters was a huge relief for me! So if you have any doubts about scheduling an appointment, this is your sign to schedule with them.

I had been dealing with PCOS for years and gained over 100 lbs., not knowing what was wrong or how to control any of my symptoms. I went through surgery to lose weight, was never understanding why my body did the crazy things it did, why I had the awful symptoms I had, etc. It was a nightmare until I found PCOS Sisters! I am so grateful for them as they were able to pinpoint exactly what was going on with rationale and facts behind it. PCOS Sisters has been life changing. After going to (a very unhelpful) OBGYN, I looked for a specialist and came across PCOS Sisters. Dr. Lynsey was able to explain all of the issues I was experiencing (weight gain, stopped periods, and anxiety/depression) and come up with helpful solutions. It’s been such a rough journey on my weight loss and dealing with my condition however PCOS sisters have truly helped me on so much. It took sometime to to see results but they really do care for you and give helpful advice. Making sure your blood work is going well, check ups and all. Seeing what works for you, Dr Lynsey is really a kind, intelligent and well rounded person overall. She treats you with patience and care, the main person I always book my appointments for. She marks down everything and you can ask her anything really, very sweet as well. I will say from my time with them, I have changed some bad habits and continue to do. My eating control got better ever since I became a member and made me feel..a lot less obsessive and more content. It’s still a work in progress thing but I wouldn’t really be at the weight I am now without PCOS sisters and I mean that so much! I’m glad I gave it a go last summer till now.

I am in month 3 of appointments, and I think I have more answers now than I’ve had in years. I’m well on my way to my goal weight, and I’m off my blood pressure meds. I have been seeing Dr Lyndsey now since the end of December 2023 and she has been very helpful and amazing at helping me understand my PCOS and treating it. I met with Lynsey last week to talk about PCOS. I have been undiagnosed for over 3 years and am now starting to show second order consequences with insulin resistance and high cholesterol. It felt great to be heard by Lynsey and she understood what I've been going through. My GYNO said nothing was wrong; however when you have excessive hormonal cystic acne, weight gain that you can't prevent no matter how diligent you are on a diet and hair that is thinning something is wrong.

She listens openly and responds well and in words that the average layman can understand. Lynsey is also empathetic in that she also suffers from such a disorder/disease. Along with her practice being telehealth and very technology forward, the prescription of a meal plan and exercise program are adapted to my individual needs/lifestyle which enable to me to more easily get such completed and have a better focus on my health.
