* The cost of labs, imaging, and prescriptions is not included in the evaluation fee. Discounted lab pricing is available through our partner labs. Per New York state law, lab discounts are not available for New York patients, though insurance may be used to cover lab costs. GLP-1 medications require an active membership. Co-pay and deductibles related to insurance apply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
We currently accept Aetna and United Healthcare for Georgia patient evaluation visits only. Costs for evaluation visits are only $75 self-pay. Insurance does not cover membership costs. If you have insurance, you may still use it for labs, imaging, and prescriptions when applicable, though many patients find our discounted self-pay rates more affordable. We recommend maintaining catastrophic insurance coverage, as our services do not replace traditional health insurance. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.
What states do you serve?
We currently provide PCOS treatment in AZ, CT, FL, GA, HI, NM, NY, TX, UT, VA, & WA. We are currently working to expand our coverage. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we are launching in a new state!
Do you diagnose PCOS?
Yes! You do not have to be diagnosed before you book an appointment. We provide PCOS diagnosis using the most current cutting edge tools. You can book an evaluation or choose a membership to seek a diagnosis from our PCOS specialists.
Do you offer GLP-1 prescriptions?
Yes. A membership is required for a GLP-1 prescription. Our GLP-1 prescriptions start at $150/mo.
Do I have to do an evaluation before I select a membership?
No. An evaluation is included in your membership.
Are lab and medication costs included with the visit charge?
Ordering of labs by your medical provider is included, however the cost of labs, medications, and imaging are not included with the $75 self pay visit charge or membership fees, as they are billed at the local lab center partner, pharmacy, or imaging center.
You may use our discount prices for labs or you may use your insurance for labs obtained at your local lab center even if we don’t accept insurance for your visit.
How much are your labs discounts? This depends on what the provider orders. A basic PCOS lab work up discounted is approximately $335. Hormone panels without our discounts or insurance coverage often cost several thousand dollars. This is a great deal!
