I love this clinic so much. I’ve been here for over a year now and was able to get my labs to healthy levels, reduce PCOS symptoms, and am able to feel supported through it. My NP Kristina is the best, I’ve loved working with her. Kristina is extremely thorough and has always educated me on PCOS and guided me through my symptoms and medication choices. I have always felt heard, validated, and gradually challenged in the direction I need to go. Kristina took the time to build trust with me, considers my culture, and I always look forward to checking in with her and ask her questions. I had never felt supported by a medical provider before coming to this clinic and I’m so grateful it exists because I wasn’t able to access this care in my hometown. If you’ve been struggling with PCOS or just want to work with a provider for women’s issues I highly recommend it. It’s a journey and we deserve to have providers who we don’t have to tirelessly advocate for ourselves with because they care to see us be well.

Dr. Kristina Medina was amazing! She was so thorough during my appointment and really took her time to listen to me, answer any questions and explain everything so I understood clearly. I am super excited to begin this journey and see how my life improves.

PCOS Sisters has been life changing. After going to (a very unhelpful) OBGYN, I looked for a specialist and came across PCOS Sisters. Dr. Lynsey was able to explain all of the issues I was experiencing (weight gain, stopped periods, and anxiety/depression) and come up with helpful solutions. I have been able to lose 35 lbs over the past 5 months and my periods came back almost immeidately. I would highly recommend to anyone with PCOS!

I are so very thankful that we found Dr. Johnson for my 15 yr old daughter. We went to multiple specialists from gynecologist to endocrinologist with no results before finding PCOS Sisters. After 6 months my daughter is feeling great, sleeping through the night, has lost 20 lbs, and her periods are getting back on track. So thankful we were able to get ahead of this diagnosis before it progressed to full blown diabetes like some of our friends. Thorough, knowledgeable, reliable—and really understanding!

I met with Lynsey last week to talk about PCOS. I have been undiagnosed for over 3 years and am now starting to show second order consequences with insulin resistance and high cholesterol. It felt great to be heard by Lynsey and she understood what I've been going through. My GYNO said nothing was wrong; however when you have excessive hormonal cystic acne, weight gain that you can't prevent no matter how diligent you are on a diet and hair that is thinning something is wrong.

Lynsey was able to define many of my hormonal hang ups and troubleshoot with her lab orders. After changing my birth control and recommending certain dietary alternatives to my already existing dietary preferences, my weight dropped! Very satisfied!
