I had been dealing with PCOS for years and gained over 100 lbs., not knowing what was wrong or how to control any of my symptoms. PCOS Sisters has been life changing. After going to (a very unhelpful) OBGYN, I looked for a specialist and came across PCOS Sisters. Dr. Lynsey was able to explain all of the issues I was experiencing (weight gain, stopped periods, and anxiety/depression) and come up with helpful solutions. It’s been such a rough journey on my weight loss and dealing with my condition however PCOS sisters have truly helped me on so much. I have been seeing Dr Lyndsey now since the end of December 2023 and she has been very helpful and amazing at helping me understand my PCOS and treating it. I met with Lynsey last week to talk about PCOS. I have been undiagnosed for over 3 years and am now starting to show second order consequences with insulin resistance and high cholesterol.
